All merchandise sales are final. However we do accept returns and exchanges for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage. Details for returning the item will then be provided. Upon receipt of the damaged item, a replacement item will be shipped if available. If a replacement item is not available a full refund for the purchase of the item will be issued.
Q: How do I become an Ava Ambassador?
A: To become an Ava Ambassador submit a written inquiry or video upload through avaknows.com or any of our social media outlets. Be sure to state your name, in addition to telling us why you would like to become an Ava Ambassador. Potential candidates must speak English and have the capability to record and upload a high quality video. Due to the high volume of submissions, not all videos that are submitted will be published.
Q: Is it okay to use my real name in my letter?
A: Real names should not be used when submitting a letter for advice. Depending on the content of the letter, Ava Knows reserves the right to alter names, ages, gender and other key identifiers.
Q: I have a question that I do not want to appear on the website. Can I submit a private letter?
A: Sure, Ava responds to dozens of inquiries and letters that are not posted on the website. Be sure to notate this in your inquiry.
